  1. Hello I’m interested in seeing aircraft on the loop but know nothing about where and when to go .i live near chester. Could you please advise me,thankyou

    1. Excellent website ex RN/HMCG now retired. Always fascinated by aircraft. One son at sea one in the air. Posted my beginner note this morning, passing through hopefully on Thursday around lunch time.
      Fred’s very useful.

    2. It is hit or miss …. there is weather to consider, low clouds and rain mitigate against. I live in Liverpool, 2 hrs each way, and last time I went we stayed overnight, but after 5 hours on the hill at the Cad West Car Park near Tal y Lllyn lake, we realised that Mondays were the same as Fridays … nothing, not even a Hawk, came by

  2. Hi Great website and very informative….can anybody tell me if overnight parking is allowed in the layby (cad east/west)?
    Cheers
